People want to live long in healthy condition, so longevity is the main topic that most of people, especially the elderly, are interested in. But we agree longevity is meaningless without healthy mind and body.
In terms of longevity we can consider two things: prevention and detoxification. Prevention here means that the treatment of disease should start before things happen, not after. And detoxification means the elimination and cleansing of unclean substances such as chemicals and heavy metals out of our body system.
Today, our living environments are almost all contaminated by man’s will under the name of development and by our living habits. We have too many chances to contact with those bad things. Accordingly, our body may be contaminated with the various kinds of parasites, chemicals and heavy metals, which might cause pains or disease and threaten our health. We need to open our eyes and prevent all these unclean substances around us from coming into us. How can we prevent it in this world of pollution?
Our health is our choice. As an allegorical example, if a bird flying over your head drops fecal matter on your head, it’s an unlucky day, and that is not avoidable — not your choice. When the bird, however, comes back and tries to make a nest on your hair, you can refuse it and that is your choice.
Just like that, we may not escape from the polluted environment we live in, but we willingly don’t want to buy contaminated foods. So, it’s our choice whether we avoid the foods with artificial flavors, the water with chloride or fluorine, the air with polluted substances or not.
As mentioned above, accumulation of unclean stuff in the body causes many kinds of degenerative diseases. In case we feel like our body is accumulated by something bad, it’s the time for cleansing or detoxifying the body system. Then, we should go and get a consultation for it from the doctors who are professionals with detox programs.
Prevention of diseases and elimination of contaminated substances from the body is very important to keep our body healthy.
Disease can be prevented by nourishing the physical body and exercising it regularly, following the law of nature and biorhythm.
